Developing photographers will be exposed to the science behind how cameras work and discover how they can be used as storytelling and art-making tools. With hands on camera time, kids will test out the concepts of shutter speed, aperture, and iso, all while creating inspired pieces of art.

Get a glimpse of the results as Woodland Park Zoo's popular grizzly bear brothers tear into a campsite, and learn what steps you can take to properly bear-proof your surroundings. Hear animal keeper talks for bears, wolves, raptors and more, and learn what these Pacific Northwest animals need in order to survive in the wild and peacefully co-exist with humans.
